These autographs were obtained by Hong Kong-based DJ, 'Uncle' Ray Cordeiro. He interviewed the Beatles three times in 1964, twice in London and once in Hong Kong. Prior to the interview in London, he stopped off at a newspaper stand, purchased this magazine and showed it to the band during the interview. According to Cordeiro, Paul McCartney signed the magazine and then flicked through it, signing whenever he saw a photograph of himself. When John Lennon saw what he had done, he followed suit as did the others.
