Engraved hand-coloured chart (517 x 587 mm.), trimmed margins, the upper edge trimmed along the platemark. The chart covers from West to East, the coast of Africa to New Guinea, and from North to South, Mongolia to Australia, horizontal and vertical graticules, two decorated compass roses, rhumblines, decorative figurative cartouches, one with the title, the other with the colophon, elephant and galleons.
