London: Vernor and Hood, 1799. 18°, engraved frontispiece, wood-engraved title vignette (title spotted, B3 torn at upper corner with loss of one or two letters on recto and partial loss of rule, without final two advertisement leaves), speckled calf gilt by J. Larkins, spine in compartments with red morocco label, yellow edges. Provenance: C.F.G.R. Schwerdt (bookplate) -- Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester (bookplate). FIRST EDITION.
