Small 4°, 10 wood-engraved plates and a plate of wood-engraved music, printed on light blue paper, original cloth with printed label on upper cover (a trifle rubbed). Provenance: Rev. A.J. Biggs (inscription on an endpaper stating himself to be a friend of the editor and also that the work was limited to 40 copies "for private circulation only"). Schwerdt II, p. 274.
