London: Henry Nelme, 1697. 12° (lacks frontispiece, title thumb-soiled, some spotting, some margins cropped), marbled tree calf by Soulsby, gilt roll-tool border, spine gilt in compartments, gilt turn-ins and edges (upper joints rubbed, spine slightly chipped at head).

Third issue of this rare pocket book. ESTC records only 3 copies of the first issue, two of the second and three of the the third, though it was a work of enduring popularity which continued to appear in the eighteenth century. Sometimes wrongly attributed to Adolphus Speed. Wing S5.
