Kirkall and 4 folding engraved plates (light browning, some waterstaining at upper margins), contemporary panelled calf (rubbed, spine chipped, corners bumped). Includes an abridgement of Manwood's Forest Laws with separate title-page. Chute 138.

The Fowler. London: J. Smeeton, [1795?]. 8° (some spotting, without one of two final advertisement leaves), uncut in contemporary blue wrappers (covers spotted, spine worn), modern blue hessian box. The second of two separate issues recorded in ESTC, the earlier appearing c. 1780, both rare. See Chute 141 (earlier issue).
