XIANFENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1851-1861)
Painted in varying shades of blue around the body with bamboo and plantain trees growing beside ornamental rockwork in a terraced garden, the neck with classic scroll between leaf-shaped lappets and pendent ruyi heads, the lower body with a border of lotus petals above the slightly flared foot encircled by demi-florets
