With fluted sides, the gadroon rims with shell, oak leaf and acorn decoration, the wood bases with armorial-engraved silver bosses -- 7 in. (18 cm.) diameter; also a George III plain oval mustard pot, by Peter, Ann & William Bateman, London, 1799, with domed cover, reeded borders, pierced shell thumb-piece and a later associated mustard spoon
