In 1923, under the directorship of Eckart von Sydow, the society published six portfolios of prints by six different artists: El Lissitzky, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, Max Kaus, Martel Schwichtenberg, Willi Robert Huth, and Lazlo Moholy-Nagy. The Hoh Collection includes four of these six rare portfolios, which are considered one of the most important print-publishing enterprises of their time.
