A GROUP OF NEOLITHIC STONE AND FLAKED FLINT AXE AND ARROW-HEADS
CIRCA 4TH-3RD MILLENNIUM B.C.
Comprising a grey stone boat axe with circular butt and slightly curved blade, 5¼ in. (13.2 cm.) long; two polished green stone axe-heads, 6 in. (15.2 cm.) long max.; a mottled brownish-orange stone axe-head, 7 in. (17.8 cm.) long; a small polished stone axe-head mounted in an antler sleeve, 5 in. (12.5 cm.) long max.; another similar, mounted on a charred wood handle, 16 in. (40.5 cm.) long; and five flaked flint arrow-heads, 1¾ in. (4.5 cm.) long max. (11)
