An assorted group of eleven famille rose and imari dishes,
18th and 19th Century
Consisting of four famille rose dishes with a central vase with flowers, the well with spearhead border, the flat everted rim with a band of alternating flowers (rim chips, two with cracks) 22.7cm. diam.; two Imari dishes with a central scroll with a bird on a plum tree, the flat rim with floral scrolls (rim chips, one crack) 22.3cm. diam.; a famille rose dish with wavy rim and a central decoration of three flower-sprays and a continuous meandering line along the rim (one crack) 29cm. diam.; a famille rose dish with a central tobacco leaf and peonies with insect, on the border three floral clusters (minute rim chips) 27cm. diam.; a famille rose dish with a central decoration of a peacock on rockwork with peonies, ducks on rocks on the border (rim chips) 22.6cm. diam.; a famille rose dish with wavy rim and a decoration of floral clusters (crack and rim chips) 23cm. diam. and a Canton enamel dish with an alternating figures on terrace scene and a cluster of flowers, 24.5cm. diam.
