1904, gilt crowned globe mark, listed as shape no. 2810, gilder's 2, signed and dated L.(ouis) Solon 1904
Oviform, the trumpet neck enriched with gilt acanthus and faux fluting above key-pattern, flanked by divided knotted loop handles, the body finely painted and hand-tooled in white slip with a maiden among clouds being lifted by two putti as two others direct from above and below, the reverse with a putto kneeling atop a plinth holding a radiant star as three companions below scatter stars from spilling cornucopiae, on a conforming short socle and square base
