Of baluster form flanked by gilt bracket handles, the upper terminals formed as spade-shaped leaves, finely painted after Asti with a three-quarter length portrait of a scantily clad beauty seated and wearing a blue wrap around her waist, within a raised gilt oval surround and further gilt flowers and lily-pads, on an upturned foot
