Each of baluster form, the later domed cover with cone finial, finely painted in manner of Watteau with Commedia dell'Arte scenes of Pierrot or Harlequin entertaining Columbine, within a foliate scroll cartouche incorporating monkeys at the shoulder, flanked by herm handles as putti, the reverse with a riverside view, on a conforming socle, berried wreath and shaped square base
