A FRENCH ORMOLU AND MARBLE THREE-PIECE TABLE GARNITURE
19TH/20TH CENTURY
Comprising a jardinière and a pair of cassolettes, the bulbous jardinière with bead-moulded rim, flanked on each end with a pair of bound-putto terms, the front and reverse applied with fruiting garlands, on four hooved supports and a shaped bead-moulded base with toupie feet, the cassolettes decorated en suite, each with a circular lid surmounted by a spread-wing butterfly, the ovoid body applied with three bound-putto terms with hooved supports enclosing a coiled serpent, on a triform base with toupie feet
