A PAIR OF RARE MOULDED CLAIR-DE-LUNE-GLAZED 'BATS' DISHES
YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARKS WITHIN DOUBLE-CIRCLES AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-35)
Each with rounded sides rising from a tapering foot, crisply moulded in shallow relief with five bats, wufu, in different attitudes of flight above a band of crashing waves and rockwork around the foot, all below a band of key-fret at the rim, all under a very pale bluish-green glaze
