Full plate gilt-finished verge movement, chain fusée, large chased and engraved floral decorated cock with an aperture for the mock pendulum, pierced and engraved floral decorated foot, gilt dial, Roman numerals, single blued steel hand, engraved and inlaid black enamel pastoral scene, chased engraved foliage decorated bezel and rim, case decorated in the manner of Huaud, painted polychrome enamel pastoral vignettes to the band, framed by foliage and flowers on yellow and blue ground, reverse with a painted polychrome enamel scene depicting the Roman Charity, the interior also decorated with a painted pastoral scene, movement signed
