The Virgin depicted seated, weaping and holding the dead Christ on her lap; on an integrally carved naturalistic base; the reverse hollowed out and with a small paper label inscribed '33' and two illegible circular stamps; wear to polychromy, silvering and gilding, and areas refreshed, minor losses and damages
