AN IMPORTANT NATURAL COLOURED PEARL, PEARL AND DIAMOND NECKLACE, BY VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
Designed as a graduated line of twenty-five silver natural pearls measuring from 13.75 to 7.05 mm, with alternating natural pearl, diamond and rock crystal rondelle spacers, to the pavé-set diamond oval clasp, made in 1956, 26.0 cm long
Signed V.C.A for Van Cleef & Arpels, no. NY 27495
Accompanied by report no. 52421 dated 22 September 2008 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 51 pearls are natural saltwater pearls, with no indications of artificial colour modification
