A large painting, in the style of Qiu Ying (1495-1552), late 19th century
in ink and colours on silk, depicting a group of ladies at leisure in a garden of flowers and rockwork, further ladies with a small boy watching on from a covered terrace -- 73¾in. x 22½in. (187.4cm. x 57.1cm.), with signature, sealed, glazed and in a carved gilt wood frame.
