CIRCA 1720, THE TOP VENEERED ON WALNUT AND PROBABLY REPLACED
The leather-lined writing surface above three frieze drawers and three blind frieze drawers, the angles with female masks chutes, the ends with figural mounts depicting Urania, goddess of Astronomy, bearing a paper label typed 'Property of F. L. Belin 1623 28th St., N. W. Washington, D.C.', the mounts regilt and probably originally lacquered, extensive restorations to veneer
