Of sarcophagus form, the hinged cover centred by grostesque mask amidst carved scrolling foliage with guilloche border and egg-and-tongue edge, the front carved with winged griffins emerging from scrolling foliage and flanking a cartouche with four crosses and a twin sea horses below a crown, on paw feet, the reverse with depositry label DUNN'S DEPOSITORIES BROMLEY KENT MRS A. PEPPER 31-7-30, later decorated
