In-4 (292 x 232 mm). 63 compositions originales de Théophile Steinlen gravées par Deloche, Ernest et Frédéric Florian, les deux Froment, Gusman, Mathieu et Perrichon. Maroquin rouge moderne de P. Courty, tête dorée, couverture et dos conservés. Provenance: J. Bonnesen (exemplaire nominatif).

UN DES 27 EXEMPLAIRES RÉIMPOSÉS AU FORMAT IN-4, celui-ci l'un des 25 exemplaires sur Japon ancien (numérotés de 3 à 27, le n° 21) AVEC UNE GOUACHE ORIGINALE DE STEINLEN SIGNÉE RELIÉE EN TÊTE. Cet exemplaire contient, outre la suite sur Chine annoncée au justificatif, une seconde suite, imprimée sur Japon ancien.
