A PAIR OF TURQUOISE-GROUND FAMILLE ROSE CUPS
GUANGXU IRON-RED FOUR-CHARACTER MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)

Each with gently flared straight sides, decorated in the famille rose palette with a bird perched on a wisteria branch, amidst blossoming rose branches, the flowering wisteria extending over the rim and continuing into the interior, all on a pale turquoise-ground, the mouth rim gilt and repeated above circular foot ring, the base bearing an iron-red reign mark
