The crowned Mother of God holding Christ, standing in a radiant glory, surrounded by billowing clouds, flanked by two angels, each unfolding an inscribed scroll, the lower part of the composition depicting the afflicted people, an angel with impressive, shaded wings offering the Holy Communion to the elderly man in the foreground
