A model of S.Y. Corsair's steam launch
a preformed hull with painted green bottom, white topsides and a mahogany transom with 'CORSAIR' in gold lettering. The deck is planked in mahogany and detailed with chocks, deck plates, cleats, jackstaff, ventilators, coils of line and other details. At the front of the cockpit is the launch driver's station with throttle control, steering handle, compass, dashboard with various dials, and fitted with mahogany benches, leather covered seat cushions, a glazed canopy with companionway, and other details. Displayed on a pair of mahogany cradles within a brass framed glass case with a mahogany base.
