MAKER'S MARK INDISTINCT ?M, LONDON, 1783
With bead borders and loop handle, the sides chased with drapery swags and foliage; also a George III baluster silver caster probably by Peter & William Bateman, London, 1807, an oval silver cream jug with angular handle by Thomas Hayter, London, 1805; and a Provincial squat circular fluted cream jug, possibly by James Bell, Newcastle, probably 1826
