With gadroon rims, on a fluted lozenge-shaped foot chased with stylised shells

The arms are those of Hanmer quartering Talbot and Powis with a label for difference and Bucknall quartering Skipp in pretence, for the 1808 marriage of Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Hanmer (eldest son of Sir Thomas Hanmer, 2nd baronet of Hanmer, Flintshire), of Bettisfield Park, Salop to Arabella Skipp-Dyot Bucknall of Hampton Court, Middlesex (2)
