WESTERN ZHOU DYNASTY, CIRCA 1100-771 BC
The blade with median ridge on both sides tapering to a point from a lenticular socket surmounted by an animal head with hooked horns laid back towards the upright ears, with a plain tang projecting from the back of the socket, with green and ferrous encrustation
