A Bronze Figure of Buddha Shakyamuni
Tibet, 15th century
Seated in dhyanasana on a lotus base above a stepped plinth supported by lions, his right hand extended in bhumisparsa mudra and his left held in dhyana mudra, wearing a diaphanous sanghati with the borders inlaid with copper, the peaceful face with a subtle smile, the curled hair pulled over a high ushnisha with blue pigment remaining

The vajra incised on the plinth indicates that this is Shakyamuni Buddha at Bodh Gaya.
