A Gilt Bronze Figure of Amoghasiddhi
Mongolia, 18th Century
Seated in dhyanasana on a raised double-lotus base with stamens incised at the edges, with both hands raised in dharmachakra mudra, dressed in a close-fitting sanghati draped at the elbow, his rounded face with a raised urna and a gentle smile, his tightly knotted hair rising over his ushnisha, richly gilt overall, the base sealed and incised with a double-vajra
