An assorted lot of Chinese encre-de-chine porcelain with amorous subject matters
Qianlong (1735-1796)
Comprising a teapot and a cover painted to both sides with an erotic interior scene of a lady refreshing herself in the company of a servant, the handle terminating in applied flower branches, cover matched, base crack, 12 cm. high; a milk-jug and a cover decorated with a European couple, a child and a dog in a landscape, cover matched, 12.4 cm. high; and a pair and four cups and saucers and two coffee cups variously painted with amorous subject matters, minor chips, frits and hairline cracks (16)
