Cal. 1003 nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 17 jewels, silvered brushed dial, applied sapphire-set baton numerals, teardrop-shaped case, raised sides set with two rows of sapphires, hidden crown at 3 o'clock, snap on back, oval-shaped white gold and sapphire-set pendant, matching 18K white gold and sapphire-set fob and chain, case, dial and movement signed, fob stamped with Vacheron Constantin's hallmark
