FIVE SMALL JADE APPLIQUES, EASTERN ZHOU DYNASTY (770-221BC)
comprising four very thin notched plaques with incised decoration to one side, the first of russet grey tone, the others altered to an opaque ivory tone, all with two pair of tiny drill holes to the shorter sides; and one slightly curved rectangular ornament, altered to a yellowish ivory tone, with c-scroll decoration to one side -- the first, 1 3/16in. (3.1cm.) long. (5)
