The centre painted with a bouquet of cut flowers tied with a purple ribbon within a broad gilt band and borders of stylised flowerheads below interwoven scrolls and dots, the blue-ground rim gilt with a continuous border of lozenges enclosing flowerheads on tall leafy stems, gilt line rim
