An Imari dish and an Arita teapot and cover
Late 17th/early 18th Century
The dish painted in iron-red, gilt and underglaze-blue with a large flower-shaped panel, the stamen and petals containing formal stems of chrysanthemum, peony and lotus (glaze crackling), 30.6 cm diam.; and an Arita hexagonal teapot and cover, painted in iron-red and gilt with peonies on one side and camellia's on the reverse (small chips), 10 cm high (2)
