With burnished blade formed in two stages, decorated with a chiselled rib of leaf ornament within a recessed watered panel on both sides, blued iron hilt decorated with gold koftgari borders and flowerheads, the sides incorporating a pair of blued and gilt flintlock box-lock pistols with turn-off barrels and folding triggers, and retaining much original finish throughout
