With punched engraved iron axe-head fitted over the barrel muzzle, the latter fitted with pivoted cover, bevelled lock engraved with flowers, large flush-fitting sliding safety-catch at the rear, pierced engraved cock, slender wooden stock inlaid over its length with pierced engraved horN grotesques and animals, enriched with mother-of-pearl flowerheads, and all within panels of silver wire scrollwork sown with horn pellets, engraved bone basal cap with iron button, and later ramrod
