Maker's mark of Ph. de Meijer, The Hague, circa 1845
On spreading base, moulded with scrolls, rosets and foliage, rising to a knobbed stem, the baluster-shaped lobed cuppa moulded with scrolling foliage, the conforming high-domed cover with flower finial, engraved with text: 1835 Voor IJver en Trouw 1845 and a crowned monogram
