The trapezoid stepped and moulded top surmounted by a baluster shaped gallery, above a panelled door depicting the personification of Charity, flanked by two panels with the personification of Liberty and Hope, flanked and divided by colums with Corinthian capitals on a stand supported by four twin-colums, the silver stamped with Dutch taxmarks for 1893-1905
