A collection of five carbon copies of invoices sent to Queen Productions Ltd for five consecutive weeks of recording time at Wessex Studios, London, 1 August - 2 September, 1977, each invoice accompanied by the corresponding original studio session logs signed by various members of the band including Brian May (5), Roger Taylor (1), John Deacon (5) and Engineers, Mike Stone (6) and John Harris (11), one sheet also jokingly signed Phil Spector, possibly in Brian May's hand (5)

Lot Essay

Queen recorded their sixth studio album News Of The World at Wessex Studios in July-September, 1977. During that time, the Sex Pistols were recording Never Mind The Bollocks in the studio next door.
