the body of cylindrical form, the handle and spout formed as opposing lions in heavy iron-red, green and blue enamels perched upon the shoulder of the body, raised pierced hexagonal panels depicting foliate sprays either side of the body, and further embellished to the rim with a ruyi-apron and trailing lotus blossoms, with iron-red and gilded cover -- 5 3/8in. (13.6cm.) high.
