In the Kraakporselein-style, the light-blue ground reserved with an octagonal cartouche reserved with a duck flying over a pond beside foliage issuing from rockwork, surrounded by Wanli-type motifs, the wide border reserved with panels depicting a stylised branch alternating with knotted ornamental motifs and further panels with stylised Taoist motifs, the reverse with large dotted rings
