A Dutch Delft blue and white metal-mounted oil and vinegar cruets set, covers and stand
1723-1763, marked for Johannes Pennis the elder at de Porceleyne Schotel (Olie en azijnstel) The octagonal baluster body enhanced with Kakiemon-type flowerbranches, with tiny spout, the scrolled and dotted loop handle connected with a chain to the domed pointed cover en suite with a flower in relief and the single-handled quadrupod cruetstand en suite with foliage and Taoist motifs
The cruets 15cm. high, the cruet stand 18.5cm. wide
