The pedestal desk inlaid with boxwood and ebony lines, the rectangular moulded top above a frieze drawer and a knee-hole, flanked by four graduated drawers to either side, on turned legs and caps and castors; the side chair inlaid with ebony and boxwood lines, the pierced rectangular back centred by a solid splat centred by a female warrior, the padded seat covered in black material, on ring-turned legs and ball feet
