A standing figure of a bare-foot boy, leaning on a tree-trunk, with his arms crossed, looking down, wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and a pink vest with gilt buttons, trousers with blue and orange stripes, on a circular moulded base decorated with purple and gilt scrolls, marked under base with dark blue underglaze Cyrillic 'G', and a paper label of Paris Customs
