The front of the cylindrical neck etched with armorial, scroll handle, the neck mount applied with monogram JWC, the cover with crest finial
11 in. (28 cm.) high
The crest is that of Clayton. The impaled shield is engraved with the marital arms of Captain John William Clayton, FRGS of the 13th Light Dragoons and his wife Mary Henrietta Charlotte Somerset.
