Each suspending a detachable lozenge-shaped plaque of four pavé-set diamond hearts, each centering upon an inverted pear-shaped ruby, set at the center with a pear-shaped diamond, to the circular-cut diamond concentric surmount, centering upon a circular-cut ruby, mounted in platinum
Surmounts signed Cartier, Paris, no. 1126
With reports CS 36238 and CS 36239 dated 10 April 2003 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of these rubies would be classified as Classic Burma (Myanmar). Heat Enhancement: None. Clarity Enhancement: None
