Jersey, U.S.A., cancelled by cogwheel "598", the pair also tied by "N.YORK BR. PKT/23 PAID" c.d.s. in red and showing origin c.d.s. and "AACHEN/PAID 23CTS" c.d.s. (19/5) in red adjacent.
