DAOGUANG UNDERGLAZE BLUE SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-50)
Decorated on the exterior with a green and an iron-red enamelled dragon in pursuit of flaming pearls, alternating with two descending phoenix with outstretched wings and long tail feathers, all amidst meandering leafy scrolls and below a band containing the Eight Buddhist Emblems, bajixiang, the interior with a central medallion enclosing a long-bodied scaly dragons in pursuit of the flaming pearl
